Disability Inclusion Consultant, Kyiv, Ukraine On-site, 13 months (International Consultancy)

The Disability Inclusion Consultant supports the integration of disability inclusion across the Government of Ukraine’s social protection reforms led by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family. The Consultant provides high-level policy advice and technical leadership to ensure reforms are inclusive by design covering strategies, legislation, financing, delivery systems, data/monitoring, accountability, interagency coordination, and managing/overseeing national experts working on specific reform deliverables. The Consultant maintains a dotted reporting line to the Deputy Representative (Programmes) to strengthen UNICEF’s internal capacity in disability inclusion.
