တာဝန် နှင့်ဝတ္တရားများ 

The following is a brief description of the role.

အောက်ဖော်ပြချက်များမှာ အကျဉ်းချုပ်ဝတ္တရားများ ဖြစ်ပေသည်။

As employee of the Norwegian Refugee Council the Driver shall represent NRC Myanmar in a responsible manner and act according to the organization’s Code of Conduct. 

တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်မည့် မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ ကျင့်ဝတ်ဆိုင်ရာ  စံပဋိညာဉ်ကို လိုက်နာပြီး တာဝန်သိသော စိတ်ဓါတ်ဖြင့် NRC ၏ ၀န်ထမ်း တစ်ဦးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။

အဓိကလုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့် တာဝန်များ :

• The Driver’s main duty is to always ensure safe transportation of NRC personnel and cargo to the requested points of destination.

  မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် NRC ၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ထမ်းများ နှင့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို သတ်မှတ်ပို့ဆောင်ရမည့် နေရာသို့ လုံခြုံဘေးကင်းစွာ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။

   

• The Driver shall strictly follow the traffic rules and speed limits applicable, and shall always drive in a safe, considerate and protective manner. In case of an accident the driver shall ensure that the steps required by rules and regulations are followed, including filling in the accident report form.

  မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် နိုင်ငံအတွင်း ပြဋ္ဌာန်းထားသော လမ်းစည်းကမ်း၊ ယာဉ်စည်းကမ်းများကို တိတိကျကျ လိုက်နာရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး သတိရှိရှိဖြင့် လုံခြုံဘေးကင်းမှု အပြည့်ရှိစွာနှင့် အန္တရာယ်ကိုကာကွယ်နိုင်သော မောင်းနှင်းမှုမျိုးဖြင့်သာ မောင်းနှင်ရ မည်။ အကြောင်းတစုံတရာ ဖြစ်ပွားပါက ဌာနတွင်းသတ်မှတ်ထားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် အဆင့်များ အတိုင်း တိတိကျကျ လိုက်နာပြုလုပ်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး မတော်တဆထိခိုက်မှုသတင်းပို့ချက်ပုံစံကို ဖြည့်သွင်းရေးသာပြီး ဆက်လက်သတင်းပို့ရမည်။

   

• The Driver is responsible for cleaning and daily maintenance of the vehicle and shall ensure that it is in a safe running condition. He/she is also responsible for checking of oil level, water level, battery, brakes, tyres, etc., and that the vehicle is at all times equipped with a first aid kit, a good spare tyre and all prescribed tools and equipment. He/she will report promptly and in writing to NRC if some tools are missing and including filling in the Daily and Weekly report. 

   

  မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် ယာဉ်၏ နေ့စဉ်သန့်ရှင်းရေး နှင့် ကြံ့ခိုင်မှုစစ်ဆေးရန်တာဝန်ရှိပြီး ယာဉ်၏ လုံခြုံစိတ်ချစွာမောင်းနှင်နိုင်မှုကို သေချာရန်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ ဆီ၊ရေ၊အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင် နှင့် ဘရိတ်ဆီ တို့၏ သတ်မှတ်ပမာဏကို ပြည့်မှီမှုကို တာဝန်ယူစိစစ်ရမည့် အပြင် ယာဉ်ပေါ်ပါ အရေးပေါ်ရှေးဦးသူနာပြုဆေးသေတ္တာ၊ လေဖြည့်ပြီး ကောင်းမွန်သောအပိုဘီး နှ င့်လိုအပ်ေ သာ သတ်မှတ် လက်သုံးကရိယာများ ပြည့်ပြည့်စုံစုံ ရှိနေရန် တို့ကိုတာဝန်ယူရမည်။ သတ်မှတ် လက်သုံးကရိယာများ ပျောက်ဆုံးလျှော့နည်းခြင်းရှိပါက နေ့စဉျ နှငျ့ အပတျစဉျ အစီရငျခံ စာဖြင့်ရေးသား သတင်း ပို့ရမည်။

   

• The Driver is responsible for performing minor repairs. If major repairs are needed these should be reported to the Logistics Assistant or Logistics Officer before making further arrangements.

မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် အသေးစားပြင်ဆင်မှုများ အတွက် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။ အကြီးစား ပြင်ဆင်မှု လိုအပ်ချက်များရှိပါက ကွင်းဆင်း ထောက်ကူပေးရေး အရာရှိ (Logisitcs Assistant) သို့ (Logistics Officer) မည်သည့်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုကိုမျှှ မလုပ်သေးမှီ အရင်ဆုံး သတင်းပို့ရမည်။

• The driver is responsible for filling the logbook for all trips and to ensure that other drivers that may use the vehicle do the same.

မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် ကားသုံးစွဲမှုမှတ်တမ်းစာအုပ် (logbook)ကို ခရီးစဉ်တိုင်းအတွက် ဖြည့်သွင်းရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီးအခြားယာဉ်မောင်းများကိုလည်း ထိုကဲ့သို့ သေချာစွာ ဖြည့်သွင်းစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်စေရမည်။

• When fuelling the vehicle, the tanks should as a rule always be filled completely full, if possible, but as a min. always 75% filled, and the amount of litres tanked should be properly entered in the logbook.

ဓါတ်ဆီဖြည့်ရာတွင်လည်း စည်းမျဉ်းအတိုင်း ဆီတိုင်ကီ အပြည့်ဖြည့်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆီတိုင်ကီထဲ တွင် ဆီပမာဏ ရ၅% တတ်နိုင်သမျှ အမြဲရှိနေစေရမည်။ ဖြည့်သော ဆီပမာဏကိုလည်း ကားသုံးစွဲမှုမှတ်တမ်းစာအုပ် (logbook) တွင် ဆီဖြည့်တိုင်း ဖြည့်သွင်းရမည်။

• The Driver shall ensure that all required licenses, insurance cards and vehicle permits are valid and available in the vehicle incl. accident reports and waivers. He/she must also ensure their own driving licence and other relevant driving papers are up to date.

မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် လိုင်စင်များ၊ အာမခံကဒ်နှင့် ကားမှတ်ပုံတင်စာအုပ်များ သက်တမ်းမှန်ကန်စွာ အမြဲရှိနေရန် ဂရုစိုက်ရမည်၊ လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်း အထောက်အထားများ နှင့် မတော်တဆထိခိုက်မှုသတင်းပို့ချက်ပုံစံကို ယာဉ်ပေါ်တွင် အမြဲ ပါရှိနေစေရန် ဂရုစိုက်ရမည်၊ မိမိ၏ကိုယ်ပိုင် ယာဉ်မောင်းလိုင်စင်နှင့် အခြား အထောက်အထား စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၏ သက်တမ်းတရားဝင်ရှိနေမှုကို သေချာစွာ ဂရုစိုက်ရမည်။

• The Driver shall follow the instructions given in the Checklist from the NRC Drivers’ Manual. 

   

  မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည်NRC၏ယာဉ်မောင်းလက်စွဲစာအုပ်ပါ စစ်ဆေးမှုဇယားပါ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များ အတိုင်းလိုက်နာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

• The Driver shall fulfil other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.  

မော်တော်ယာဉ်မောင်းသည် တိုက်ရိုက်ကြီးကြပ်သူမှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြား အလုပ်တာဝန်များကို ကျေပွန်စွာ ထမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။

• Experience from working as a driver in a humanitarian/recovery context.. ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ခြင်း၊လူသားခြင်းစာနာထောက်ထားခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများတွင်ယဉ်မောင်းဝန်ထမ်းအတွေ့အကြုံ

•     Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts. ခက်ခဲ ရှုပ်ထွေးသောအခြေအနေများတွင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ဖူးသည့် ယခင်လုပ်ငန်းများအတွေ့အကြုံ

•     Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities. အလုပ်နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော ရုံးတွင်းစာရွက်စာတမ်းလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ

• Resident of Rakhine State and have knowledge of local context
