  1. Develop, implement and maintain information management systems, tools, standard operating procedures and workflows, in line with IM standards.

  2. Design and manage data collection tools, databases and trackers, ensuring harmonized indicators, formats and reporting flows.

  3. Ensure data quality through systematic cleaning, validation, consolidation, and analysis.

  4. Ensure responsible data management, including compliance with data protection policies, donor requirements and inter-agency data sharing protocols, applying protection- and conflict-sensitive approaches.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in information management, data management or a related field within a humanitarian or development context.

  • University degree in information management, data science, statistics, computer science, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Advanced skills in Excel and in business intelligence/visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
