UNICEF is seeking an exceptional Chief of People and Culture (P5) to lead its people agenda in East Jerusalem, State of Palestine. This strategic leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape workforce transformation, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and cultivate an inclusive, high-performing culture in one of UNICEF’s most complex and impactful operating environments.
