The MCO would like to establish a roster for national consultancy in VMCCL (Vaccine Management, Cold Chain and Logistics). Madagascar has been declared free of wild poliovirus for several years. However, the country remains at risk of the re-emergence of circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus (cVDPV). Despite the official interruption of cVDPV1 transmission declared by the WHO African Region in May 2025, surveillance and population immunity indicators have continued to show significant vulnerabilities in several districts of the country.
