About the Role:

All Hands and Hearts is seeking an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to help establish, lead and coordinate humanitarian operations and aid delivery in Gaza. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant movement of life-saving assistance across complex access points in coordination with partner NGOs and AH&H leadership. The candidate will also provide leadership in establishing a field presence in Gaza, navigate relationships with various stakeholders and provide technical leadership in one or more humanitarian sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and Operations: Support the establishment of All Hands and Hearts field presence in Gaza.
  • Logistics: Plan, manage, and oversee logistics operations supporting delivery of food, medical, and relief supplies in Gaza in coordination with partners, AH&H leadership and relevant authorities.
  • Access Coordination: Work closely with UN agencies, Move One, NGOs, and local authorities to secure movement permits, border access, and customs clearances.
  • Reporting & Accountability: Monitor, track and report to AH&H leadership on the distribution of AH&H commodities to civilian communities in Gaza.
  • Programs: Support the establishment of humanitarian programs in Gaza at the community level. Sectors may include food distribution, livelihoods, shelters, education and community health.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of logistics, humanitarian, development or private sector experience in Gaza.
  • Proven track record in cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and humanitarian access negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and familiarity with UN/NGO cluster coordination mechanisms.
  • Strong relationships with US, EU or Arab donors or international NGOs are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Language requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo a thorough background and security check prior to a final offer, including social media. Must demonstrate commitment to neutrality and community service.

Salary: This is a contract/consultancy position that will be competitive based on experience and local compensation.
