UNICEF Ukraine is seeking a Construction Officer to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of infrastructure projects that contribute to improved services for children and communities. The incumbent will provide technical expertise in construction project management, support procurement and contract management processes, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and collaborate with government counterparts, contractors, and UNICEF programme teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to UNICEF’s mission by strengthening essential infrastructure in support of children’s rights and well-being.
