The Chief, Cash Transfers, leads the Cash Implementation Unit and coordinates the strategic and operational use of cash-based modalities across programme sectors. The incumbent provides technical leadership and oversight of the Unit's core functions, including beneficiary data management, payment management, implementing partner oversight, risk and assurance, monitoring and performance management, accountability to affected populations, grievance and feedback mechanisms, and continuous strengthening of cash delivery systems to support efficient, accountable and scalable programming across Sudan.
