An exciting and challenging opportunity is now available within the UNICEF Eritrea Country Office for a highly motivated and dedicated Deputy Representative, Operations (P-4). As a Strategic Business Partner and Deputy to the Head of Office, the incumbent will provide senior leadership for the Operations function and contribute to office-wide strategic, programme and management decisions. The incumbent will ensure that operational services, systems and controls enable effective programme delivery, safeguard UNICEF resources, support staff and partners, and provide timely, risk-informed and solution-oriented advice in the Eritrean operating context
