These products support UNICEF's efforts to strengthen safeguarding awareness and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and respectful conduct. The materials will be used for staff awareness, onboarding, training, and internal communication across UNICEF's LAC office.

The Online Volunteer will support UNICEF in designing two safeguarding communication products for personnel: one office awareness poster and one staff safeguarding booklet. Both products will be produced in English and Spanish and should be visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with UNICEF branding and accessibility standards.

The volunteer will work closely with UNICEF safeguarding and communications colleagues to:

- Develop creative concepts and visual layouts for both products.
- Design a poster that communicates key safeguarding messages and promotes a culture of safety, respect, and accountability in the workplace.
- Design a staff booklet that explains safeguarding principles, staff responsibilities, expected behaviors, reporting pathways, and available support mechanisms.
- Incorporate text, branding guidance, and content provided by UNICEF.
- Create infographics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Ensure that materials are accessible, culturally appropriate, and suitable for diverse audiences.
- Revise and refine designs based on UNICEF feedback and comments.
