• Develop and schedule engaging, relevant, and timely content for WOPA’s social media platforms, aligned with the organization’s mission and communication strategy.
• Create clear and compelling captions, storytelling posts, and awareness content that highlight WOPA’s programs, impact, and community engagement.
• Design simple, visually appealing graphics using tools such as Canva, ensuring consistency with WOPA’s branding and messaging.
• Monitor social media performance (engagement, reach, impressions) and suggest practical strategies to improve visibility and audience interaction.
• Support content planning by contributing ideas for campaigns, thematic posts, and awareness initiatives related to gender equality and community development.
• Ensure all content reflects professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with WOPA’s values and communication standards.
• Incorporate feedback from the supervising team and revise content as required.
Selected volunteers will be provided with relevant background information, branding guidelines, and guidance to effectively carry out the assignment.

We are seeking ten (10) creative and committed Online Volunteers to provide social media management support under the supervision of WOPA’s Communications Team. Each volunteer will focus on one platform (two per platform for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and You tube).

• Develop and schedule engaging, relevant, and timely content for WOPA’s social media platforms, aligned with the organization’s mission and communication strategy.
• Create clear and compelling captions, storytelling posts, and awareness content that highlight WOPA’s programs, impact, and community engagement.
• Design simple, visually appealing graphics using tools such as Canva, ensuring consistency with WOPA’s branding and messaging.
