The Finance Technical Assistant supports the day-to-day implementation of financial procedures at the South Office, ensuring compliance with NRC policies, the Financial Handbook, and donor requirements. The role supports accurate and timely payment processing, bookkeeping, cash management, documentation, and monthly financial closing and reporting.

Generic professional competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in English and Arabic both spoken and written

Context related skills, knowledge and experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Experience in working on accounting/auditing in a humanitarian context
