The rapidly evolving situation demanded specialized expertise to navigate complex transitions, reallocation of resources, and potential restructuring. SSU moved from supporting the 2 HQs (New York and Geneva) to supporting UNICEF globally. The HR Business Process consultant will be in UNICEF New York Headquarters (NYHQ), in the Division of People and Culture (DPC), within the SSU and will report to the Human Resources Manager, SSU. Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, SSU and guidance of the Human Resources Officer, the HR Business Process consultant provides administrative, financial, procedural and operational support and assistance to the SSU, ensuring consistency and a people-centric approach in the support and services provided across all Divisions
