UNICEF Indonesia is looking for Deputy Representative Operations under Temporary Appointment contract at P5 level for 6 months. The incumbent will be responsible to lead for results, drive change, provide risk informed, solution-focused analysis, advice and services and contribute to programme and management decisions for delivering results for children in all operational contexts. Specifically, the Deputy Representative Operations will focus on the following critical tasks during the 6-month contract duration: - Year-end closure - Preparation for audit - Reviewing the team compositions and workload - Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) - Business Continuity Plan (BCP) - Business Operations Strategy (BOS)
