Under the technical oversight of the UNICEF Social Policy Specialist, the consultant will undertake defined analytical assignments and produce specific technical outputs to support UNICEF’s Public Finance for Children (PF4C) agenda. The core area of work will be the preparation of analytical inputs for UNICEF’s 2027 Budget Briefs, including analysis of key fiscal, budgetary and sectoral developments reflected in Ukraine’s Draft and Approved State Budgets, with particular attention to expenditure for children and young people across key social sectors
