The Operations Associate provides operational management support services in a sub-country office under the direct supervision of the Operations Officer. The incumbent contributes to the delivery of efficient, effective, and cost-conscious operational support services, provides guidance to administrative staff, and assists personnel with office operations activities. The role helps ensure that office operations are conducted in full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, while supporting the smooth and effective functioning of the office.
