The Role

Oxfam in Thailand is looking for the Operations Officer to deliver high-quality, comprehensive administrative, logistical, HR and core operational support for the Oxfam in Thailand Country Office and Regional Hub. The role focuses on ensuring strict compliance with local statutory requirements, maintaining seamless day-to-day office functionality

Who we’re looking for

Operations Officer will be an experienced, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with experience in procurement and understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
  • Experience in providing service/support on visa, work permit or travel protocol
  • Experience in office management and customer service
  • Excellent in communication skill in English and Thai both verbal and written
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision making
  • Very organized and efficient, including proven abilities at multi-tasking
  • Take initiatives with sound judgement
  • The ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a way to lead project or process improvement
  • Good computer skills including MS Office proficiency, and use of digital technology to produce outcomes
  • Basic knowledge and experience in MS Dynamic 365 is desirable
