The role supports key HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, HR analytics, and people management advisory services within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.Minimum Requirements & Desirables:University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology, or a related field, with at least two years of professional HR experience. Experience in an international organization, proficiency in HR systems and analytics, and knowledge of UN/UNICEF HR practices are desirable. Fluency in English is required.
