UNICEF's Multi-Country Office for the Caribbean as a Planning & Monitoring Specialist (Reporting) and drive effective programme planning and performance across 12 countries. You will lead a team and provide technical experience in multicounty planning, results-based management and programme monitoring, using performance data and insights to strengthen decision-making and keep programmes on track. You will provide specialized technical expertise in programme planning, work planning processes, and planning quality assurance across the MCO, leading Annual Work Plan design and coordination and integrating equity and results-based management principles into planning cycles to support coherent, evidence-informed programme planning across the 12-country platform. Your expertise will help ensure resources and programmes are effectively planned, monitored, and adapted to deliver sustainable results for children across the Caribbean.
