UNICEF Maldives is seeking a Children and Climate Change Officer who will lead UNICEF Maldives’ work on climate change by supporting the planning, partnerships, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of children and climate change initiatives, with a priority focus on climate-resilient education and youth climate action. The position contributes to strengthening national and subnational implementation of climate education priorities, facilitating coordination with government and partners, supporting evidence generation and programme monitoring, and advancing climate finance project preparation processes under the guidance of the supervisor and relevant technical leads.
