This assignment aims to support and enhance UNICEF’s flagship digital learning platform, FunDoo, a chat-based life coach that helps young people develop 21st century and employability skills while accessing information on careers, mental health, climate change, and gender-based violence. The consultant will provide technical leadership for the RapidPro platform, manage dashboards and data systems, support global country deployments, develop and customize learning flows, strengthen analytics and backend infrastructure, and build the capacity of country teams to implement and scale FunDoo across multiple countries.
