UNICEF Thailand frequently requires simultaneous interpretation services to facilitate effective communication during meetings, workshops, consultations, conferences, and other engagements conducted in both English and Thai. The purpose of this Terms of Reference (TOR) is to establish a roster of pre-qualified simultaneous interpreters who may be engaged on an as-needed basis during the roster validity period, enabling timely and efficient recruitment when interpretation services are required.
