To advance and finalize the evaluation report, UNICEF is seeking an independent senior consultant to conduct further analysis and triangulate the existing primary and secondary evidence in order to improve the existing report and finalize a high-quality evaluation report in accordance with UNICEF and UNEG standards. The assignment will build on the initial data analysis and reporting already completed. The consultant will present the findings, incorporate feedback from UNICEF and the Evaluation Reference Group, and finalize the report and related communication products.
