UNICEF Ukraine is seeking a Social Policy and Recovery Systems Consultant to strengthen the information, analytical tools and documented processes supporting its social policy, social protection and recovery portfolio. The consultancy will help the Social Policy Section consolidate and use programme and operational information, improve visibility of donor funding and implementation progress, and develop practical recommendations for stronger coordination and decision-making. It will also examine how digital solutions and linkages across social protection, education and health can support accessible services and recovery.
