Support Resource Mobilization and Partnerships for Women and Youth Empowerment

Adunni AWE Wings of Hope Initiatives is a non-profit, community-based organization committed to empowering women, youth, children, and vulnerable populations through education, entrepreneurship, health awareness, skills development, leadership training, economic empowerment, and community development programs.

As our programs continue to expand, there is a growing need to secure sustainable funding and strategic partnerships that will enable us to reach more beneficiaries and increase our impact. The contribution of Online Volunteers will help strengthen our resource mobilization capacity and support the implementation of projects that contribute to sustainable community development.

This assignment contributes directly to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:

Adunni AWE Wings of Hope Initiatives seeks support from Online Volunteers to strengthen resource mobilization efforts for our women, youth, and community development programs across Nigeria.

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, volunteers will support the organization by:

* Assisting in the development of resource mobilization and fundraising strategies.
* Researching potential donors, foundations, grant opportunities, corporate sponsors, and development partners.
* Identifying cooperation and partnership opportunities with local and international organizations.
* Supporting the preparation of concept notes, funding proposals, sponsorship requests, and donor engagement materials.
* Assisting in the creation of communication and advocacy materials for fundraising campaigns.
* Conducting research on best practices in nonprofit fundraising and resource mobilization.
* Supporting stakeholder mapping and partnership development initiatives.
* Helping to strengthen the organization’s visibility among donors and development partners.

Online Volunteers will not be requested to make financial contributions or solicit donations directly from third parties.
