Under the general guidance of the Technical Specialist P-4, the incumbent will provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise for pharmaceutical products and related health commodities. The role will support product selection, technical specifications, tender evaluations, supplier and product assessments, quality-assurance requirements, market intelligence, documentation review and technical risk management to ensure timely procurement of quality-assured and fit-for-purpose products.
