The online volunteers will support selected training components according to their areas of expertise. Each volunteer will prepare the relevant training materials and deliver the assigned online session(s), in coordination with the UNDP ICPSD team.

UNDP ICPSD is seeking four Online Volunteers to support the preparation and delivery of selected sessions under a four-week Green and Digital Skills Training Programme. The programme aims to strengthen participants' understanding and practical skills related to the green and digital transitions, with a particular focus on Türkiye's energy sector.

The Online Volunteers will contribute according to their respective areas of expertise. Depending on the assigned training topic, each Online Volunteer will:

- Review the relevant training programme and learning objectives provided by UNDP ICPSD;
- Develop clear and engaging training materials for the assigned session(s), including presentations, practical exercises, case studies, demonstrations or other relevant learning materials;
- Coordinate with the UNDP ICPSD team to ensure that the content is appropriate for the target audience and aligned with the overall training programme;
- Deliver the assigned session(s) online, using practical examples and interactive methods where appropriate;
- Respond to participants' questions during the session(s); and
- Incorporate feedback from UNDP ICPSD and make any necessary final adjustments to the training materials.

The training topics may include renewable energy technologies and the green transition; environmental responsibility and sustainability; digitalization and data use in the energy sector; data visualization and dashboards; prompt-driven coding; career pathways and employability; equality and inclusion; and other related green and digital skills topics.

Training materials will be developed in English. Training sessions may be delivered in English and/or Turkish depending on the selected Online Volunteer's language skills and the final programme arrangements.
