Job Purpose:

• Supporting the media department in implementing field documentation activities and media coverage of projects and events, through photography and video, and participating in preparing visual materials that reflect the humanitarian impact of the work of the Ghiras Al Nahda Organization, ensuring the quality of the content and its consistency with the organization’s visual identity and donor guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Field Documentation:
  • Photograph field activities and projects accurately and professionally.
  • Produce visual materials (photos and videos) that highlight the humanitarian impact of beneficiaries.
  • Archiving and organizing media materials for easy reference.
• Coordination and Follow-up:
  • Coordinate with the Media Coordinator and the field team to determine filming priorities and schedules.
  • Participate in preparing monthly project documentation reports.
  • Contribute to writing titles or simple descriptions for photos and videos.
• Quality and Commitment:
  • Ensure that outputs comply with the visual identity and technical guidelines of donors.
  • Adhere to beneficiary protection and privacy policies during filming operations.
  • Contribute to developing working methods and improving the quality of media documentation.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• At least two years of experience in field photography and editing.
• Proficiency in using professional cameras and basic editing software (Photoshop / Lightroom / Premiere).
• Having a complete photography kit (camera, ronin, drone, microphones)
• Ability to travel in the field and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of teamwork.
• Attention to detail and organization in work.
• Commitment to deadlines and adherence to field work instructions.
• A strong sense of humanity when dealing with beneficiaries.
• Creativity and flexibility in providing solutions during field work.

دعم القسم الإعلامي في تنفيذ أنشطة التوثيق الميداني والتغطية الإعلامية للمشاريع والفعاليات، من خلال التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو، والمشاركة في إعداد المواد البصرية التي تعكس الأثر الإنساني لعمل منظمة غراس النهضة، بما يضمن جودة المحتوى وتوافقه مع الهوية البصرية للمؤسسة وإرشادات المانحين

التوثيق الميداني

تصوير الأنشطة والمشاريع الميدانية بدقة واحترافية

إنتاج مواد بصرية (صور وفيديوهات) تُبرز الأثر الإنساني للمستفيدين

أرشفة المواد الإعلامية وتنظيمها بشكل يسهل الرجوع إليها

التنسيق والمتابعة

التنسيق مع منسق الإعلام والفريق الميداني لتحديد أولويات التصوير وجدوله الزمني

المشاركة في إعداد تقارير التوثيق الشهرية الخاصة بالمشاريع

المساهمة في كتابة عناوين أو وصف بسيط للصور والفيديوهات

الجودة والالتزام

ضمان مطابقة المخرجات للهوية البصرية والإرشادات التقنية للجهات المانحة

الالتزام بسياسات حماية المستفيدين والخصوصية خلال عمليات التصوير

المساهمة في تطوير أساليب العمل وتحسين جودة التوثيق الإعلامي

المؤهلات والمهارات والخبرة

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التصوير الفوتوغرافي والمونتاج الميداني

إجادة استخدام الكاميرات الاحترافية وبرامج التحرير الأساسية (Photoshop / Lightroom / Premiere)

يمتلك عدة تصوير متكاملة (كاميرا، رونين، درون، مايكات)

قدرة على التنقل الميداني والعمل تحت الضغط

مهارات تواصل قوية وروح تعاون عالية ضمن الفريق

دقة في التفاصيل وتنظيم في العمل

التزام بالمواعيد واحترام تعليمات العمل الميداني

حس إنساني عالٍ في التعامل مع المستفيدين

الإبداع والمرونة في الحلول أثناء العمل الميداني
