The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry (MOHMI) to strengthen and modernize the policy and standards framework for primary health care (PHC), with particular attention to maternal and child health services and home visiting. The assignment will support greater alignment between the regulatory framework, service standards, clinical guidance, workforce responsibilities, supervision and quality improvement mechanisms, contributing to more consistent and quality-oriented PHC service delivery.
