UNICEF Dominican Republic is seeking a dynamic and strategic Programme Budget Officer to support the effective planning, monitoring and coordination of the Country Programme. Beyond programme budgeting, grants management and financial oversight, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making, foster collaboration across sectors and help drive integrated approaches that maximize results for children and adolescents.Working closely with programme teams and senior management, the incumbent will help translate priorities into action, strengthen programme coherence, monitor cross-cutting initiatives and support the efficient use of resources to deliver meaningful impact at scale.
