Develop Training and Empowerment Curriculum for Women and Children

Adunni AWE Wings of Hope Initiatives is a community-based organization committed to empowering women, youth, vulnerable groups, and underserved communities through education, skills acquisition, economic empowerment, advocacy, and sustainable development programs.

Our mission is to create opportunities that enable individuals and communities to achieve self-reliance, social inclusion, and improved quality of life. Through this assignment, Online Volunteers will contribute to the development of high-quality training materials that will strengthen our capacity-building programs and expand our impact across communities in Nigeria.

This assignment directly supports the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including:

Adunni AWE Wings of Hope Initiatives is seeking dedicated Online Volunteers to support the development of a comprehensive training and empowerment curriculum aimed at enhancing the skills, leadership capacity, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic development of women and youth across Nigeria.

Under the supervision of the project team, the volunteers will perform the following tasks:
      •     Identify training and empowerment needs of women and youth beneficiaries.
      •     Develop clear learning objectives and outcomes for training programs.
      •     Design training modules covering leadership, entrepreneurship, vocational skills, financial literacy, digital literacy, health awareness, and community development.
      •     Create lesson plans, participant guides, and facilitator manuals.
      •     Develop monitoring and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and program impact.
      •     Recommend effective teaching and learning methodologies suitable for diverse communities.
      •     Assist in structuring training schedules, timelines, and implementation strategies.
      •     Ensure the curriculum aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those relating to poverty reduction, gender equality, quality education, decent work, and reduced inequalities.
