Polish Humanitarian Action is a non-governmental organization that aims to provide humanitarian and development aid to people affected by natural disasters and armed conflicts. Over 33 years of operation, we have provided humanitarian assistance to more than 17.8 million people in 52 countries.
PAH invites you to submit offers for conducting the Management and Leadership training for the Polish Humanitarian Action in Ukrainian Country Office and for PAH Headquarters in Poland.
Expected results
The selected service provider shall design, facilitate and support delivery of a leadership development programme that enables managers and senior leaders to:
- Build empathy as a core management competency.
- Improve self-awareness and understanding of leadership behaviours.
- Strengthen people management and team leadership.
- Enhance decision-making through improved understanding of individuals and organisational systems.
- Improve communication, trust and collaboration across teams.
- Support organisational culture development through practical behavioural change.
- Provide participants with practical tools that can be applied in their day-to-day work beyond the duration of the programme.
The assignment is expected to commence in October/November 2026. The proposed implementation schedule should be provided by the bidder, with the programme expected to be completed within approximately 4–5 months. The contractor will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of the training programme, including preparation, facilitation, participant support, evaluation and reporting. Training should be delivered in English.
Required Qualifications of the Contractor:
The contractor should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in leadership development and management training.
- Expertise in empathy, emotional intelligence, organisational psychology, behavioural science or related disciplines.
- Experience delivering interactive leadership programmes to international organisations, NGOs, humanitarian or development actors.
- Strong facilitation skills for both in-person and online delivery.
- Experience coaching managers and senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt training content to multicultural and international environments.
